I have experienced repeated issues that raise serious concerns about both clinical accuracy and patient care standards. Inaccurate Blood Pressure Readings During each visit, my blood pressure is consistently recorded at unusually high levels. I monitor my blood pressure at home twice daily using a reliable, properly calibrated device, and my readings at home are consistently within a normal range. I wish I read the reviews first before selecting this office for primary care. Unless you need to take advantage of their affordable care options I would avoid this office. I’ve been to this office twice and both times I waited at least an hour before I was seen. I don’t mind the wait. What is really bothersome is the lack of communication. The first round of testing I did not receive results of my tests until my next scheduled appointment 1 month later. At the next appoint I had more tests done. This was 2 weeks ago. I still have not heard anything about the results. I still have not heard from the provider despite calling last week and asking for a call back. The person who picked up said they left a note to return my call. Still nothing. I had high hopes about this office being apart

Do NOT go to this office. Unless you want to wait an hour in waiting room and then another 30 min in exam room only for a resident to come in exam you and then the doctor, dont use this office. It is horrible. Dr. Ferguson is a good doctor but with all due respect it is also reflective on the doctors the lack of regard for patient, family times. You are much better off going to PM pediatrics or any other urgent care for your sick visits etc. its really bad.
