On February 20th, I had surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital, and I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the care I received. From the very beginning, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. I was naturally nervous, but the doctors, nurses, and staff went above and beyond to comfort me and reassure me every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything, held my hand when I needed it most, and made me feel like more than just a patient — I felt truly cared for. The professionalism, warmth, and dedication of the entire team made a difficult moment in my life much easier to face. Emergency room easy sign in, exam and admittance. Very kind and positive professionals. Spine surgeon gave a thorough explanation of options and planned procedure . Nurses knowledgeable, sweet and caring. Room is large with a beautiful view of the Bay. I'm originally from New York, so I knew Mount Sinai would provide the best care in Miami-Dade.

Dr. Caraballo-Torres Has a wonderful, calming manner. She was so patient and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and confident. It was my first visit with her. I am happy to have found her. Her staff was very nice as well.

When I went into the emergency room I was so worried about my arm, but right away I was treated so kindly and thoroughly by both Dr. McKenna and Mike that I knew I was in good hands. I did not get the name of the nurse who was helping me, but she did an amazing job as well. I sincerely thank everyone in the ER for just helping me and making a not so pleasant issue be handled in a pleasant way.

Usually I have a great experience at Mt Sinai and I recommend it. The Women's Health department is the exception. I have tried contacting them about this issue multiple times, and gave them a chance to repair. But no luck. I understand they focus on pregnancy and obstetrics. If you are looking for women's health, hrt, and menopause management, this is NOT your place. Heads up.
