I want to sincerely thank the entire Emergency Room team for the incredible care I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to the doctor and all medical staff who participated in my treatment — your professionalism and support made a huge difference for me. I would especially like to highlight Nurse Zoya. She was extremely attentive, kind, and highly skilled. She drew blood and started the IV with minimal discomfort — everything was done so gently and professionally. I truly appreciate her care and compassion. Thank you all for helping me feel better and getting me back on my feet in just one day. I am very grateful for everything you did. Now just hoping that I will net get any ‘surprise ‘ bill after deductible!

My doctor Nicol Ruze Who performed my colonoscopy and endoscopy one of the best doctors very caring very to the point explaining you everything and be in touch with your constantly to make sure you will obscene the best health. I love her very much and I’m always gonna be with her. I will try my best to send them more people as possible. She will deserve it. My appointment was so easy. I waited for about one minute, was taken back for xrays and then taken to an exam room. I was interviewed briefly by a medical assistant and two minutes later Dr Barbera came in. He was personable, considerate and asked me a number of questions. We reviewed my Xrays together and he reassured me regarding my concerns. He is a very approachable physician. Kind. He authorized a referral for physical therapy and then I was done. The whole event was professional and required virtually no waiting. Unbelievable!

The moment I arrived at Mount Sinai ER, everything changed because of Nurse Maria. She was the very first person I heard and then saw. She immediately jumped into action, coming toward me with a wheelchair, and from that moment on, she made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly seen. Maria validated my pain and reassured me that what I was experiencing was real and mattered. She checked on me numerous times, truly listened without rushing or dismissing me, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Disappointed with service, started by series of mishaps! So many adds on TV re great service but realty is different. Went to Aventura urology, after looking up doctor graduation& education(impressive)The visit was good as Nurse practitioner was competent and professional. The doctor came, looked at comp, gave couple of orders to nurse! & was gone! Extreme short interaction with no physical exam! Thought afterwards at least will see him again for tests WHICH the front desk supplied. First was scheduling a Radiology appointment, GOT app , received so many texts reminder( OK good), day came,report to radiology & register. After a period A tech comes & Politely tells me that oI should have got A Blood Work with results at most 60 days prior!! But a test wasn’t ordered by urology SO MY Radiolo
