Mount Sinai Hospital

Well both my son and his uncle were attended here and the staff along with the doctor show care and better your health. My son has been a patient to Holy Cross Hospital and they've been phenomenal to my 12yr old son. On this last visit we came across meeting Dr Domaas and he was awesome, compassionate and caring.

Dr. Diane Drugas is an awesome awesome doctor and surgeon. I would refer her to everyone. I know if needed her bedside manner is Awesome I enjoy my visits each time I go she’s very attentive. I have all good things to say about her.

Been here for 24 hours straight in the ER in Hypertension crisis!!! No urgency to help me. Also, it’s not clean at all. Leaking sinks, bathrooms dirty toilet paper on the floors. I finally get to a room. Bathroom sink leaking and toilet and shower dirty, pubic hairs just disgusting . The baseboards paint chipping and dirty. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Hospital!!

Worst hospital that I ever been to nurses go work like if they’re in a club with eyelashes I don’t even think they could see the needle or the patient. My mom got discharged with Would Staples in her belly with no instructions or a date to return to remove them? Nothing no phone call later to see how she’s doing. It’s been over a week and nobody has called to see how she’s doing. It’s dirty. The emergency room is disgusting. The doctors are rude. One of the doctors told me he didn’t have a crystal ball to tell me what’s gonna happen next his name is Dr. Bean for the most part. The other doctors are OK. The nurses are horrible. The cleaning staff is horrible. My mom will poop herself and they will leave her for hours sitting there my new wedding didn’t take my mom there by choice. She was t

Dr Diane Drugas and her team has been but, nurturing and attentive yo me as a patient from beginning to end. Even in my aftercare Dr. Drugs still responds and assist me with my concerns and needs. Her in her staff are top tier in my book and my family agrees as well. She has so much compassion and patience. I thank God for her and her team because they help lighten the load on my dark days.
