Very busy but always caring and welcoming. Dr. Duarte is always busy hard to verbally convers with on my chart. However not her fault I believe it is how MS has set up the system. When in office one on one fantastic. Otherwise not just her but any Dr I have on my chart it stinks for communication. I went to 2 other Dr's for a problem went to her resolved it with an ointment suffering 3 months. Gynecologist & Urologist. Ridiculous. Also reviewed meds that Walgreens labeled wrong with me present. She is very good & caring. Just very busy. The call my chart system stinks.
