Dr. Sean A. Kotkin is professional and compassionate. He takes time to explain everything clearly and he cares a lot about his patients. The location is nice quiet with friendly staffs also. I will definitely recommend Dr. Sean A. Kotkin. He is the best!

Intake was helpful and welcoming. The young lady who did my EKG was caring and answered any questions I had. Dr. Pamaniy was as usual very attentive and clear about what the next steps needed to be taken and explained any details that I could have questions to. He assured me that I am on a postive track and that with my next visit i can start feeling complete or if not more improves.

Great experience with my doctor. She was very thoughtful, and helpful in our conversations, suggesting a multitude of scenarios for the pain I was having. I was frustrated that I was charged $50 during my pre visit check in on the App, and the individual at the front desk, when I checked in informed me my co-pay only should have been $35.

I was thinking to myself that I probably wouldn’t have a great time at Mount Sinai for a few days. To my astonishment my time there as a patient was pleasant as the doctors, nurses and the rest of the people, were pleasant fun and friendly. Everything you want, everything you need in one place. Front office is receptive, efficient and available. They do not overbook and you are not a ‘number’. Dr Esses is EXCELLENT , he listens to me and I never feel rushed.
