My family member had a surgery here with anesthesia. A nurse welcome us from 7 AM morning with warm smile, told family where to wait nicely. The waiting room is nice and has a coffee machine too. The patient had a very comfortable time as nurses explain things very carefully and guide the patient for the surgery preparation with good humor. The anesthesia doctor was very nice and humorous as well. Everyone was not only professional, but also kind, humorous, and interactive, making patients and their family comfortable. Also, I remember radiologists here are very nice. Everything went straightforward. Parking lot can be little busy in late morning time (9-10 AM), but you should be able to find a few spots.

Everyone was excellent. Treated us with care and respect. Took excellent care of my husband's mom.From the ER intake, to the ER Drs and nurses and the nurses on the 2nd floor. The people who have us directions and helped us navigate the hospital. What was a really long day was made better by the smiles and good attitudes of Everyone we had contact with.

My best hospital experience ever. I was 3 days here because of a dislocated feet and some broken bones (slipped on snow). The staff was super nice and helped me with everything. Especially the nurses are real angels my special thanks go's to nurses Chelsea she is amazing. The food was awesome after my surgery I got a steak and it was perfect. This hospital is a real blessing. Thank you all sooooo much.

I was told they allowed for Quest pickup for insurance. They ran the test in house to bill me at the higher amount after giving me bad information saying they allowed for Quest pickup. If I was given correct information I would have chose another hospital or stayed at Quest on the wait-list. . I had the blood work done Tuesday morning. I called the hospital the same day and they verified it was able to be sent to Quest by 4 DIFFERENT employees. The person who answered the phone at the lab in the morning. The person at the front desk, the person in registration, and the person who answered the phone in the lab the day of testing after I called the hospital the day of the testing and saw it was not pending in my Quest app. The worker told me AGAIN they could send it to Quest.

You can pick your surgeon, but have no control over the rest of the surgical center staff. I had THE BEST RNs taking care of me in pre-op. RNs Janice, Andrea, and Kierstin were wonderful. Friendly, efficient, and caring, I was pleased they were on the team. Kierstin is A++ at starting IVs. (Of all surgeries, blood draws and blood donations, this stick was the fastest with no pain and no bruising afterward). She's a pro! THANK YOU!
