I would give them a zero if possible. My niece has had numerous appts scheduled for follow up for her MS and medicine concerns/changes only to be passed off and rescheduled time after time. She is to have follow ups every 3 months. Her last face to face visit was march 2025. They scheduled her for August, then it was changed to just before Thanksgiving. They called and moved it to end of December and just today, called and moved her to February 2026. Nearly a year later. Not acceptable patient care at all. So disappointing that you can't find quality medical care in our local area.

I recently contacted Dr Seoks office to see if I could get in earlier than my next appointment as I was having some symtoms that were concerning and causing me significant issues. All I got was treated like I was a child. I asked if I f could be put on a cancelation list and again treated as I was a child. Fstforward a few hours I had a seizure and ended up in the hospital for 3 days. Upon my release. I called the office to schedule a follow up appointment for check up and to get some questions answered. Not only could I not get an earlier appointment due to beeing hospitilized but my already scheduled appointment was rescheduled for 15 days later. I can't say either way about my Dr as I don't get to see him but addmin and scheduling lacks care and concern for their patients. Talks down to

I called this neurology clinic today with a simple question—whether any of their neurologists specialize in autonomic disorders (POTS, dysautonomia, etc.). Instead of answering, the nurse seemed flustered and defensive, telling me not to ‘self-diagnose’ and insisting I needed to see my primary care doctor first. This was unnecessary, as I am already under the care of my PCP and have had thorough evaluations with cardiology and gastroenterology, as well as two recent ER visits to rule out other potential causes for my symptoms. When I pushed for clarification, she eventually admitted that none of the neurologists specialize in this area. If she had just said that from the start, it would have saved time and frustration. I was not calling for a diagnosis—I was simply trying to find the righ

Dr.Ciok or however you spell it is a joke. instead of switching me to an extended release swarm of my medication, he believes that it is my anxiety that is causing a problem. Despite me saying that I am having severe drowsiness, depression, etc., from said medication he refused to switch me over to an XR form. And initially trying to switch over to the XR form he prescribed me to 500 mg medication's instead of just giving me one dosage and a 1000 mg form. If you know anything about medication, you would understand why this is pointless, considering the whole issue issue is I want to switch from two 500 mg instant release medication to a single 1000 mg release medication. he believes that my anxiety and depression are a separate issue despite the fact that I have openly said they have gotte

I felt they were pleasant, efficient and exactly what a busy specialists office should be. You are not always there to have a one on one full exam with questions and explanations. More often than not, you're having some type of exam/procedure that the explanation will be foreign to you, but your referring doctor will follow up with you about. They're the pro's, was it a very fast visit with really quick explanations, yep. Will my ordering physician catch up with me in a few days, yep. Thanks Dr. Roy, Nurses and the receptionists too. I think you're all fabulous, not a fan of the EMG, but that's a "me" problem :)
