THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE. You will be billed for an “office visit”. If you want your insurance to cover an urgent care visit, go elsewhere. Otherwise, you will be billed and their customer service will not change the billing code. As far as service, doctors are good. Everyone else, from the receptionist to the customer service reps on the phone, are unfriendly.

If you need to go to an URGENT CARE don’t come here. Your insurance will not cover an “office visit”. I called to request a correct of claim and the billing receptionist refused to help and change the code. The customer service reps are rude and unfriendly.

Big shout out to Dawn. She explained everything very clearly, didn’t push any unnecessary tests, and told me the best treatment options. The office visit was also reasonable. Highly recommend this office for any emergencies.

I've visited this office a few times now for minor issues and the service has been exceptional! Even when I arrived with 3 people ahead of me in line, the staff was efficient and were able to get me quickly seen. I appreciate having this as an option for care.

Incredible and quick experience. We were the only ones there on a Sunday afternoon, so that helped with the quick part, but thankful of their hours (open until 5:30pm) They gave us a "Jared Box" which was new to me and such a treat to make a sick kid feel better. The NP was so friendly and good with kids and came up with a solution quick. Also gave us advice on a different pharmacy that had later Sunday hours. We appreciate the staff so much. Thank you for making a stressful day a lot easier on us!
