Mount Carmel Medical Group Westerville

I have to wonder from some of these reviews, are you reviewing MOUNT CARMEL MEDICAL GROUP practice, or other doctors etc within the entire Mount Carmel system?? Anyway...I've been going to this practice for years. I've honestly never had ANY issues. The doctors and nurse practioners have been kind and listen. The staff seems friendly. I feel that I've gotten excellent care and follow up. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room (unlike other practices I had been to!)

These kidney doctors do not help you. All they do is to keep you on drugs or talk to you about kidney transplant which is a joke. They don't try to help you get off of dialysis at all. They want you to take these binders, which don't help at all or they effect your kidneys. I'm trying to get off of dialysis, but they don't tell you what to do to get off. Or they tell you you can get a kidney transplant, but they don't tell you how many pills you have to take a day. Its very sad how the medical world is.

Terrible family practice! They billed me 370 dollars for my first consultation. Weighed me and took my blood pressure 3 times. Asked some questions. Of course my insurance did not cover it. Then they wanted me to go have all kinds of blood work done for high blood pressure? Then wanted me to do a face to face visit on line. And another office visit after that. So basically they gave me medicine that actually worked and brought my blood pressure down considerably. I bought the cuff. Took the medicine. Was feeling great! Then I had to beg for refills every month. It took 5 days without this medicine to get a refill! Until the last month They just decided I was not bringing in enough money from their stupid over charged over used office visits. They just never filled it... They were rude on

I've been going to Dr. Dine for several years and I've been happy with the whole practice. Dr. Dine is great - very knowledgeable, she listens, non-judgmental - highly recommend her. The first time I went to her with pain concerns she got the right lab work to start my arthritis diagnosis, I know how rare it is for a diagnosis to happen so smoothly. My daughter also goes to Dr Dine and my husband sees another Dr in the practice.

The blood lab (495 Suite 100) no longer does services on Saturdays. If someone could make this information available on Google Maps or the website that would be helpful. As a general suggestion, it’s impossible to find certain Suites on Google Maps or the Website. I think having a general directory with a contact & hours page for each suite on the website would be really helpful.
