Been there twice had make doctor Dave Arenstein do not like him a bit he is mean dont recommend him i like the girls wont be back thats for sure BAD BAD BAD PLACE DONT GO I don't like him won't sign my paper to get drivers license when I went to get my license it was little blurry I said I was diabetic they said take form to doctor to fill out and sign dave won't sign cause a1c was high what that have to do with driving I drive fine see crystal clear no problem dave probably won't sign cause no more meds for me cause for one thing no insurance as of Nov 30 plus I feel awesome now don't need meds I take vitamins daily only I feel great last 5 months I just need the form signed by doctor so I can drive please please i need to drive my mom has been there for long time ger name is sandy stone

When you go in for a Well Visit they ask you to get blood work ahead of time so they can bill the insurance company for a well visit and an office visit both because you discussed things on the blood work... pretty clever. They did this to my daughter they did this to me and they did this to my husband and my husband's blood work was virtually perfect so there was nothing to discuss. I guess there is a paper on the wall that states what a Well Visit entails but they never tell you that ahead of time verbally.

My first visit I explained to Dr. Arenstein that I have not seen a Dr. in a few years and know I have high cholesterol and need to get checked. He did not do any lab testing, liver, kidneys and such, just put me on meds, which I found very concerning. Then when I come back to get my lab work done, I go home, log in to check my results and they only tested me for vitamin B. Who knows why, they couldn't explain why. It has been one blunder after another with this Dr. and office. I would take your health care concerns elsewhere!!!

I like the doctor I have, but lately, its hard to talk to anyone or get them to read messages. Having heart issues, trying to get a referral to a cardiologists after doing some research. Been there and my ER for testing. It's been a full week, no replies to multiple messages in My Chart. Can't talk to anyone on the phone and no one is replying to my VM. I would go someplace else if you want to be able to talk to someone and or get your messages reviewed in a timely manner.

Please do not go here. They are very unprofessional. They do not return calls or even answer the phone. They do not work well with LMH. The staff spends more time sitting around than actually doing their jobs.
