Mount Carmel Lewis Center

Used to be the absolute best ER in the state. After having my symptoms be ignored and dismissed I was sent home with nausea meds after going in for flu like symptoms, ear infection and severe dehydration. Absolutely no nausea. Ended up passing out from dehydration and wrecking my car on the way home. 9 people killed because the over night ER doc was lazy and didn’t listen to anything I said. I begged him to help me. The nurses were even confused on why he wouldn’t. I don’t go to the hospital unless I’m dying and even then I get my meds and check out.

I had to come in today for a broken leg and my nurse was Dustin. Super friendly, really outgoing and such a kind and compassionate heart. Dr Bertolloti was my doctor, and he was also so kind and so patient with me, never having a problem answering any or all of my questions. It's so good to see the passion and desire to treat and take care of patients is still very much alive in these two gentleman. You guys are the real healthcare heroes!

I have never had such an efficient and friendly visit to an ED. No one wants to end up needing emergency care, but I did. I went in with all of my relevant info, knowing it was very treatable, and the team were so fast to get the nebulizer going, talk with me about the plan, and got to it. I was in and out within 40 minutes on a Sunday night at 9:00. Thank you all so much!

Steer clear. The front desk are rude and use a tone that makes you feel like you are Inconveniencing them every time you call to request something or arrive for an appointment. I’ve gone here for a very long time, and my experience with the front desk people has been the same every time. I will no longer be returning here.

I have been coming here for very long time with my liver issues some on the transplant list Go to stop in there I have never met a disrespectful person in mind and tired time going to this facility. Today was the first The guard working in the front desk is a complete smart butt when I asked him where suit 3300 is in the fitness center he said through the front door just being a complete smart-butt. So I don't know if you're just miserable or a nasty person or what but when you're in a facility like that people are coming to you at a time of need there's no need for the smart remarks. And if you can't do your job positively maybe you should find a job you don't work with the public
