MOTIVATE Physical Therapy

My daughter absolutely LOVED Dr. Stathes and MOTIVATE Physical Therapy. My daughter is 13 years old and had a lower back/upper quad injury stemming from the SI Joint. Dr. Christine Stathes helped her on a weekly basis with multiple exercises, stretches, and laser therapy treatments. She is now back to playing soccer at 100% and we are beyond thankful for what Dr. Stathes has done for her. Not only did Dr. Stathes treat the injury, she also took the time to get to know my daughter. It truly was wonderful watching Dr. Stathes work with my daughter week in and week out. If anyone is out there looking for a Physical Therapist, definitely reach out to Dr. Stathes from MOTIVATE Physical Therapy! We are beyond pleased with results! Thank you Dr. Stathes!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Motivate. I started receiving PT at Motivate after my knee surgery. It was a rough recovery but Christine and her team were with me every step of the way. Their knowledge, compassion, and professionalism are remarkable. Friendly local effective physical therapy. After months of shoulder pain causing limited range of motion and difficulty sleeping, and a list of exercises I could not get myself to stick with, I found Dr. Christine Stathes PT, at Motivate PT. She understood the physical issue, demonstrated a clear understanding of the biomechanics that needed correction, and the treatment needed to get there. She recommended a regimen that was simple, clear, and easy enough the I could motivate myself to do at home between sessions. 6 weeks later, I am feeling much better, and am leaving with the short exercises to help me stay well. Due to my lower back pain radiating to my left buttock, L thigh and L lateral shin, I called my previous physical therapy facility to set up a schedule but their first availability is in 5 weeks. I found MOTIVATE Physical Therapy. They were EXCELLENT. I was given an appointment within a week - a big relief. All the staff are wonderful-receptionist, owner and therapists (Donna, Christine, Marco and forgot to ask the name of the other therapist). It is a ONE on ONE physical therapy session, unlike the previous PT facility wherein the physical therapist was juggling with 3-4 patients. I am very thankful I found MPT. Hopeful that with individualized physiotherapy I could get back to my former self - pain free in the morning.

I recently completed 6 months of rehab at Motivate for a complete rotator cuff tear and would highly recommend this practice based on my own experience. All but one of my ~40 sessions were with the owner Christine. Her technique, intuition, demeanor with patients, and knowledge of the current orthopedic science and practices have been invaluable towards getting back to my pre-op life and activities.
