I am a 67 year old retired firefighter that has spent his life climbing mountains, kayaking rivers, backcountry skiing and doing most other outdoor activities that ruin your body. On top of 5 knee surgeries, multiple shoulder surgeries and other assorted injuries, I have 4 surgeons that say I need to have my entire lumbar fused! I am not a expert in physical therapy, but I am damn close when it comes to being an expert on physical therapy facilities and therapists. As soon as I walked into motion I could feel I was in good hands with incredible people. Courtney has been wonderful through my ACL reconstruction surgery recovery. Super knowledgeable but explains things in a way that’s easy to understand.
