Moses Muzquiz

Went to see Dr Muzquiz. Everything was fine. He left off one prescription to call into drug store. I have been calling the office for a week now and haven’t spoken to a human. One did call and say she called it into the wrong drug store and would be easier for me to just go to that one. I guess easier for her, so she wouldn’t have to correct her mistake, but not doing it, so called back to ask them to do it correctly and haven’t heard from them to tell me it was corrected. Isn’t that their job, very disappointed with the staff.

I had a video appointment scheduled. The nurse came on the video and asked a few questions. She told me the doctor would be on in a few minutes. I waited for over 2 hours and never saw the doctor and the office closed. I called after an hour and was told he was just busy but would be with me. The next day I called and left a message for the nurse asking for an explanation as to what happened. I never got a call back. So unprofessional.
