Mosaic Pharmacy Service

This pharmacy is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They say one thing and do another. My medication is to be at my home on the 5th of each month and I don’t receive them until 3 days later. I spoke to a pharmacist on the phone and explained My concerns. Her response was sorry and we will transfer the meds back to your local pharmacy and hung up on me. I am to take my medication in the mornings and I day I receive them it’s always late in the afternoon. Very disappointing, I should have never left my local pharmacy. I thought I was gonna enjoy home delivery and it has been a total disaster. For those who consider this company don’t do it. You will regret it.

They're great! I don't have to worry about cutting pills in half, putting my pills in a container a week at a time or calling for refills. They call me once a month to check in, make sure everything is OK, if I've had any falls, any ER visits, any med changes, and to let me know that my packets will be on their way. The pill packs are so convenient when traveling too, they take up virtually no space. On top of all the perks, they have the nicest staff! Highly recommend!

I have used this pharmacy for close to a year and about to drop them. They cannot get my meds to me on time, frequently overnight certain meds they “overlooked”, contact other pharmacies without my knowledge or opinion. Out of 10-11 months I have had constant issues with them contacting doctors who I see, telling them they need another refill, etc., when it is clear from my doctor that they have updated them on the Rx.

Just signed up for this service. So far, yes the customer service is exceptional. However, we've yet to even get our first full month's shipment and this is becoming way more complicated than it needs to be. Get calls from them almost daily, and when I return the calls if I miss them, it's routinely a lengthy hold. More than once, those calls involve repeating the same information we've already talked about several times prior. I truly hope this isn't a monthly thing, because if so, as convenient as getting meds delivered to my home, this may make me reconsider. Edit: It gets worse. I've got more calls.. daily. My PCP put me on a few more meds. They call me Friday five minutes before they close. I miss the call. I finally get ahold of them after an hour hold on Monday. Their question? M

Although the staff is friendly and they do try to help, I can not believe how incompetent this pharmacy is. I changed to the mail order for convenience and ease and honestly, it is a new error EVERY single month. Sometimes the errors are small but sometimes the errors are deadly. If you decide to use the pharmacy, please double check each month.
