Morton LTC

"I was expecting my medication last Friday, but due to the holiday, I thought it would arrive by Monday. However, I checked my mail and it wasn't there. I waited a few more days and still nothing. I spoke with my caseworker on Wednesday and they arranged for Morton to deliver my medication yesterday between 1-3 pm. But they never showed up. When I called at 4:30 pm to ask about the status, they told me they sent it in the mail, which wasn't what was supposed to happen. They were supposed to deliver it to my house. I checked my mail today, and it's not there. I'm experiencing side effects and I'm frustrated with Morton for not delivering my medication as promised. Deprived my father of vital pain medications while at the assisted living facility, after claiming an outstanding bill was unpaid. According to our bank records, they were paid! HOW DARE THEY BE SO INHUMANE AND UNETHICAL!! Our elder care attorney will be hearing about this!!

Morton's Pharmacy is the best. All staff are so very helpful and nice.
