**I have seen your response, and it is laughable. I have reported your facility, and your pharmacy is being investigated for the fraud you have committed. To continue to lie and be so unprofessional and rude is shameful. On the recorded line I informed Mike that I had never received the medication the first time it was offered and even asked if it was a real offer since my child was struggling and we had wasted an hour between the thirty minute drive and thirty minute wait time in the store. If you had fully cooperated with the police you would have shown them the video footage and recording. However you chose not to as it would have shown exactly what i have said here. All of this will be proven by the investigators who are involved. Instead of handling this in a civil and sensible manner

Sick and tired of their “under staffed” excuses. Can’t seem to get it together. I’ve tried to be patient with their constant screw ups. But definitely time to move on from a facility that is really not in business to serve customers.

I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your technicians, Jessica. I meant to leave this review a while ago but after having a baby, I got busy. She has gone above and beyond for me so many times. I am on a couple of medications that often have an insurmountable amount of red tape. Sometimes they're not in stock. Other times, you have to fight insurance over every refill. Never once in that time frame has Jessica ever made me feel like I was a bad person for being on these medications. She's never chastised me or looked at me sideways. I can't tell you how many times I've gone into the local Walgreens or CVS and been treated like other trash because of my medications. I always like to remind those places, would you be rude to an overweight customer picking up diabetes medications? So

Not only sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while the employee talked the whole time to the person in the vehicle in front of me, I was then greeted by the employee ery disrespectful and rude and proceeded to talk over me the whole time. I then had an insurance cocerage question which was responded with, "figure it out on your own." Not the first or 10th time I have dealt with the rude employees and surely will not accept it any longer. They do not have medications ready when they say they will, cannot find your RX and no robo call of when your prescription is ready. We will no longer be part of this pharmacy.

I would like to compliment one of your staff members, Jessica. It is always a pleasure to see her at the drive up window. She always brings a helpful attitude and is so friendly. I have a son with an intellectual disability, and when he’s with me, she always takes the time to acknowledge him.
