I’ve been coming to Morton 8th St Pharmacy for over a year now, and I can honestly say this place goes above and beyond. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming — you really feel like they care about you as a person, not just a customer. The pharmacists take the time to answer all my questions and explain anything I need to know about my medications. I’ve never felt rushed, and they’ve always helped me navigate any issues with prescriptions or insurance. Plus, the team is very knowledgeable about over-the-counter products and health tips. I’ve been a customer of Morton 8th Street pharmacy since soon after it opened. Angela gives her customers personal attention, in addition to her very professional approach to her work. The chain pharmacies simply don’t compare. I moved to Virginia a few years ago and appreciate the services at Morton’s so much that I continue to drive into 8th Street for my prescriptions.

The pharmacist at Morton’s has been so helpful and kind- service I’ve never gotten at a bigger/ chain pharmacy. They make sure my medication is in stock and worked with me on figuring out coupons and insurance. Overall a really supportive. Only bummer is that the card reader didn’t take FSA because the card isn’t chip/ manual entry didn’t work when we tried it.

I had my medicine transfer over to them they lost all of my medicine refills they don’t return calls or communicate this is my first interaction and my last interaction with them there solution was for me to contact my multiple doctors to ask for refills on my meds please I recommend don’t deal with them they will only cause stress they can not handle a huge load of clients who needs prescription go to someone is who can but not them
