I was recently referred to this dental office and had high hopes based on the recommendation. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were professional, kind, and helpful—truly the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was deeply upsetting. The assistant who brought me back seemed frustrated from the start. When I expressed concern about the x-ray process due to having a small mouth, she proceeded anyway, causing me to gag repeatedly. When I tried to explain, I was told I "should’ve stayed home." The dentist entered without any introduction and immediately scolded the assistant about a missing detail in my chart regarding a previous root canal. MFD has served my family for 6 years, when we moved to St. Augustine. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. They have also been patient when filing our out-of-network insurance. They make our dental visits pleasant and only make recommendations that are needed for our health. We 100% trust them with the health of our smiles!

First time here after moving to the area, and was very impressed. Efficient check-in, friendly, helpful staff, and thorough service. I made the appointment back in January before we moved to make sure we were on the schedule, and were able to get in over a month early due to cancellations. There are a lot of people moving down here so make sure you are aware and don't expect an immediate appointment. They made sure to take the needed x-rays and performed a very thorough cleaning. The dentist carefully looked over everything and inspected my teeth. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and the equipment used. Time will tell if anything changes, but we are off to a great start and I am very happy I selected this office for my family's dental needs.

I highly recommend Morse Family Dentistry! They go the extra mile. That was my first experience. Today I went in for a cleaning. First of all, I almost almost fell asleep. Second, I was grateful for the informative manner Kim used for the various tools, water, air, suction, etc. it was brief and helpful for me. She initially checked in several times to ensure that I was OK. And third… Gum health… She quietly assessed my teeth as opposed to reading out the numbers which produced confusion and anxiety in the past. I absolutely love this place and I love Kim and her way of cleaning and care.
