Morrison Family Care Clinic

I called a week before my appointment to provide my insurance information. They were out of the office so I left a message. I did not receive a call back (this is the 2nd time they have not called me back). I took the day off work for my appointment, arranged for someone to go with me (as I would be unable to drive afterwards), and arrived for my appointment. I was checked in and when called back for my appointment I was informed they would not be able to proceed as they did not receive my insurance information for approval. I stated I tried to call a week ago and was never called back. They told me their phones had been down since then so they could not make any calls. She then told me they would also not be able to reschedule at this time due to the issues their office is experiencing. C

Staff, nurses, P.A.'s: Kind, patient, good listeners, know their jobs. Urgent care waiting went quickly.

To get seen for a cold, flu, etc it is great because it has walk in clinics w no appointment. Tougher cases you may want to look elsewhere. They have most everything needed, but I think they lack in more complicated diagnosis, most are nurse practitioners. They do have specialty doctors, but have not been extremely helpful in my situation. Daughter went in for a broken ankle, they said it was a simple break but ended up being a shattered ankle and had to have emergency surgery to repair it at another hospital. There are a lot of improvements needed. But like I said, it it's a cold, flu, etc it's good.

Called first, got disconnected. Called again got brushed off. Arrived to check-in and stood there and waited as four other people who arrived after me were checked-in before me. She definitely didn’t want to be here and had the personality of a rock. I hope the staff are better than the representatives at the front gate🤬

Wife took my child today. Everyone was nice until the nurse practitioner came in and was really rude to my wife. Wouldn't listen to what she had to say about our kid and instead was asking our two year old who can't speak a sentence yet what was wrong and what was bothering him.
