Morrison Dental Group - Norfolk

I had to go in for a tooth extraction recently and because my last experience with another dentist was 1000xs less than pleasant, I was terrified. I was balling y'all!!! I would like to thank Shea, Kevin, and Dr. Allen. They helped to calm me down and stay comfortable through the whole experience with incredible kindness before and after the procedure. By far one of the best experiences I have had going to the dentist. This will be my spot from now on for as long as I'm in Norfolk.

First off the front desk staff has always been amazing and very helpful. Secondly Dr. Miller and her assistants Angie and Shay are beyond the best I’ve ever had for dental treatments. I’ve had an unfortunate amount of dental work throughout my life. They are so calming and patient that my anxiety has diminished coming in to get all my teeth fixed because of them. I cannot and would not recommend any other office in the Hampton Roads area except Morrison Dental Group!! Also their waiting room is an oasis like at a spa vs a dentist office which helps with the calming effect.

I have the most patient, kind and understanding in regards of customer treatments. Communication from the front desk is so bad but I never made a big deal out of it. Today, i called for my son’s appt to cancel and turns out it has been cancelled without my knowledge which i did not mind BUT they keep sending me messages about the appt and it’d charge me if I dont show up or cancel for $59? And here I am doing their job to remind them about my son’s appt cus they never call back when they promise to call back and will be given an attitude over the phone? Oh and btw, not all their assistants are nice. I’ve had multiple appts with them and most of the experiences were bad and horrible! there is only one assistant that I LOVE SO MUCH and i have been trying to request for her but they never gav

I came here as a new patient. I was searching for a dentist in a hurry because I started experiencing pain and my dentist is in a different city as I am only here for school. The staff here was super friendly I loved my dental assistant would definitely come here as a regular if I change my dentist!

I've been to several different dental offices over my life, as I travel quite a bit. I had a cleaning and cavity fillings done at Morrison and Dr. Miller and her assistant, Shay, were wonderful. I had some anxiety at first, but they were patient and reassuring and it was the most painless dental procedure I've had to date. I will say, some of the front desk employees were a little unwelcoming. When I first called to make appointments for my husband and me, I was told they would look at the calendar and call me back. They never did, so I called again the following week and they were able to schedule us.
