I had a wonderful experience with them with my first implant On my second implant , the surgery went well then after that it was a train wreck, here’s why I had a confrontation with the billing concerning my second implant , my insurance would have paid for part of the implant crown and the dentist refused to do anything until I paid. I went ahead and paid knowing I would get reimbursed later. I went back to the treatment room and the dentist did not like me complaining about the cost of the crown ( I wish I had walked right out and had another dentist make the impression and finish the work. I had a bridge removed and another one put in at Morrison dental by the female dentist and that was the MOST horrific experience that I ever had in my life. She took over two hours to remove my old bridge and I was in SO MUCH pain until I had took a whole bottle of Advil and it was so extreme until the pain woke me up out of my sleep twice at 4:00AM, to take Tylenol. And it was another nightmare when she put in the permanent bridge. That took over two hours for her to put it in. I really don't think that they molded my measurements correctly, because she had to force it in. She kept filing it down and putting it back in and this happened for over 40-50 times. My gums were so inflamed until I'm still having problems with it almost two years later. She didn't numb my gums, only the jaw area

They milk extra payments by insisting on multiple appts for fillings, then bill for additional exams and take repeat xrays at each, even if they just took them a week prior. They are not patient focused, because this scheme requires more time off work and costs more. Insurance benefits are often overestimated to make the patient portion look more attractive.

I was denied service solely on the reason of not providing my SSN for my sons Cleaning Appointment. I did provide current dental insurance from my employer and current GA driver License. Quote from the American Dental Association "A dentist office in Georgia can ask for your Social Security number (SSN). However, providing your SSN is generally voluntary unless specifically mandated by federal or state law. The American Dental Association (ADA) confirms that dentists generally cannot deny care solely based on a patient's refusal to provide their SSN, unless legally required." There are no Georgia State law that would require me to provide this to the dentist office and no federal law also. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Dental Board. Friendly and kind staff. Dr. Brandt is extremely knowledgeable and patience. Her assistant is very helpful and professional. She kept me informed on everything and answered all my questions. I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to the office in Brunswick because of the relaxing environment and the professionalism.
