Morgan Medical Building - Westerly

My review isn't about the Doctor's or the care they give, but who I can only assume was a receptionist, as she answered the phone. I believe her name was Kathy. I commented that they were hard to reach as I had been placed on hold for over an hour last night, only to check the hours and realize they had closed while I was on hold. They either have no answering service or forgot to switch the lines over, but in any event, the automated service said I could leave a message so I pressed the appropriate number only to be hung up on. Imagine my frustration. It was only doubled when Kathy neither offered an apology or any type of acknowledgment of why that might have happened. Then she continued to talk over me as I was explaining why I was calling, and she clearly had an attitude. Then I asked

I have respect for everyone in this place. I respect Dr. Sommers, Dr. Wilson, and Gonzalez. One thing they all share is they're hard working and have great big hearts.

They are open minded and very bright. They actually listen and treat every need.
