Had few questions bout payment method and was talk down to like dead beat by the desk staff. Went to karns and they handled my dogs medical issues. No one should be talk down to like that period

Adore everyone that works here. They have been so helpful with all our animals. It is a blessing to have such a wonderful team so close.

Very thankful for the staff who are compassionate and knowledgeable to help us walk through a difficult time with our dog.

Took 3 dogs to get rabies shots called that I would be a little late. They said it would be fine. Finally got dogs loaded over 90 degrees out car air conditioner don't work great. Told them when I got there have to stay with dogs. they had me fill paperwork out. When filled out went back to car waiting them to give shots. After about 15min. Went back in. To find out what happened. They said it might be awhile. Because they was having some emergencies. Told them I can't leave them in car to hot. vthey said sorry. Reschedule. Why didn't they tell me on phone before I came I had already explained they would have to stay in car. All said in done. No shots so I guess you don't have to give dogs rabies shots anymore.

Although my experience was sad I give them 5 stars and would give more if I could!! Kayla and Harley were there for me as I had to put my baby down but also gave me the time and space I needed. Everyone greeted Chloe and gave her attention which is important to me! I can't say enough about them
