I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way this clinic handled my father’s appointment. His appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, yet he was left waiting for almost 2 hours and 30 minutes — nearly 3 hours — before being seen. This would already be unacceptable under normal circumstances, but what makes this even worse is that my father is hypertensive and has serious heart conditions. To make matters more concerning, the waiting room had no air conditioning. He was sitting there for hours in uncomfortable conditions, despite his medical history. I personally explained to the front desk staff that he had been in the emergency room just the day before and that his condition required attention. As you enter the facility the greeting was perfect Then when I saw the doctor the first and second times I had to wait almost half hour Most discouraging the staff can hardly understand English where it difficult for me to express my concerns. Tried to explain my concerns but was told to come back At the times of each checkout I waited at a 2 seater area for 15 mins or so just to be checked out. It’s so convenient to me because it’s so close to me but with all these experiences I may just have to move on to another MD elsewhere.

This practice has been an extremely disappointing experience. While two staff members were kind and professional, the overall conduct of the office was unacceptable. This was not my first negative encounter with the front desk staff or other personnel. I initially gave the practice the benefit of the doubt as a new office, but this was my third visit and the same issues continued. After waiting over an hour and a half with no communication or explanation, I was forced to leave. When concerns were addressed, the office manager was dismissive and condescending, offering no solution and implying that we were free to leave. Absolute worst medical provider I've ever had You will never ever reach someone on the phone. Or by email. Dr. Saunders consistently showed up 1 hr or more past our scheduled time. Appointments lasted maybe 5 minutes where she usually just told me to go see someone else. The staff are disrespectful and rude and the guy is just straight up dumb or something. Didn't know of my pharmacy, had never heard of ADA, then argued with me about what the paperwork I gave him was even though it said in big bold letters at the top "ADA". Then just told me to wait while he asked everyone else in the office what it was. And apparently they didn't know either!!! Truly embarrassing. If you value your time or being treated with respect and dignity DO NOT GO TO MORENO'S.

I feel very comfortable when I go to see my Dr. At that Clinic. They welcome u as soon as u come in and get u going. No long wait. And they mske sure to answer any questions. It is sooo vlean and beautiful. I would not change them at all. They are very Professional.
