I had a very positive and satisfying first massage last week with Caroline. I even booked out more sessions into April! Caroline seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and the specific issues I came in to address. She asked questions and consistently checked in with me during the 75 minutes to make sure I was comfortable. Perfect amount of communication and quiet. She definitely knows what she is doing and I'm looking forward to working with her more. Highly recommend!

Molly was so wonderful! She instantly understood and remembered my preferences regarding pressure and problem areas. I appreciate the attention to detail in the massage room on anatomy and trigger points. I was able to take advantage of a coupon and they have a great new client discount as well, but the service is easily worth the full cost and then some.

I came to Matthew with a mix of chronic and recent more acute back pain, and he is truly a miracle worker. He’s super patient, warm, and fully in tune with my needs before, during, and after each session. I’ve tried many things to improve mobility and decrease my back pain over many years, and my sessions with Matthew have been where I’ve seen the greatest impact. You can feel that he takes such care with his work, and can see his depth of knowledge with techniques that get at the exact root of your unique pain points. He’s also funny and 12/10 vibes. Can’t recommend enough!

Caroline is such a talented massage therapist. She has a wonderful intuitive touch, is attentive to problem areas, and truly understands how to relieve tension and promote relaxation. I always leave feeling refreshed and well cared for. I highly recommend!

Went for a 60 min. couples massage with my girlfriend today as a birthday present to her and we both had a great experience. Both Norma and Caroline were very hospitable, knowledgeable and professional which helped to put us at ease and started the session with a conversation about areas of focus. We talked about my impinged muscle in my shoulder and Norma was very careful during the massage with multiple check ins to make sure the pressure was OK. As my first ever professional massage I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Both my girlfriend and I left fully satisfied and relaxed. At the end of the session we had another check in and Norma offered some very helpful pieces of advice for my injured shoulder.
