Amanda is phenomenal! I've been seeing Amanda once a month for the last few months to deal with chronic nerve pain in my hands and wrists that I've been struggling with for a year and a half. They are very skilled at finding my sore/painful spots and gently working them, and they also always suggest stretches and things I can do at home until my next appointment.
