Moody Air Force Base Pharmacy

This was the worst experience this time.I usually go every month with my friend to pick up her medicine about every 45 days.When we arrived, there was a big sign saying that the check in machine was down( prints you out a number).So one of the military person said it to go stand in front of the window area. 3 of the 5 windows were open. She stood there about 5 minutes.In another person came maybe 3 minutes after her. None of the ladies ever made eye contact with her( she was standing directly in front of the 1st window not even 10 feet). The lady in the last window looked like she was actually texting on her phone. Well , after about a total of ten minutes , someone use the machine from behind the same area , with the sound was , and his ticket number got called less than 1 minute. My poin

Always have a great experience in person, but the automated line always says it’s closed when they are very much open. I haven’t been able to activate or refill prescriptions over the phone in months. Always end up having to pack up kids just to go on base and do it through the kiosk. System was fine before, not sure why the system is having problems now.

Usually pretty fast and able to get through a serge in a decent amount of time. Some days are longer due to many more members in uniform. Plenty of seating available. Staff is helpful and willing to make sure your questions are answered before letting you go.

It is so easy to pick up my prescriptions. I just wish they had a drive thru but I know that would be hard to do.

I've been very pleased with the whole process. Lately it seems something has changed. I'm driving an hour to pick up medications. It's almost impossible to get a human on the phone. Right now, I'm on my 4th try. I'm on hold and then the call hangs up.
