Monument Health Sturgis Same-Day Appointments

They were able to actually get me in for preliminary testing BEFORE my appointment. Then, had me into the examination room prior to me being able to finish my questionnaire. They help me finish it before see the doctor. The doctor was thorough, not hurried and happily answered any of my questions. I will definitely return to this facility for my health needs in the future.

Came in for a minor tattoo infection. Check in lady was super nice. Got me right in and seen by the nurse and a doctor. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Should have listened to my husband a day ago. LOL.. I absolutely won't be telling him he was right.

My daughter brought me to Monument Health when I got off the plane with a swollen, itchy arm. I didn't have to wait to be taken to a room for evaluation. The medical staff explained what was going on and the treatment they were prescribing very simply and clearly. The medicine they prescribed worked great and I got to enjoy my vacation.

Urgent care staff were on top of their game...their listening skills makes the most difference for me as a patient. Well done all!

The staff was very friendly as I checked in… Check in went very quickly and smoothly. I Only had to wait in the waiting room a few minutes before I was called back to the exam room. After the nurse asked several questions and took my blood pressure and all I only had to wait a few more minutes until the provider came in. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful… I’m very thankful I was able to get in & seen so quickly!
