It is impossible to adequately put into words just how extraordinary the care my mother received was, but I will try... because this team deserves to be recognized at the highest level. Dr. Long exemplifies everything a physician should be and then goes far beyond that. From the very beginning, his presence alone brought reassurance during an incredibly stressful and frightening time. He was not only clinically exceptional, but profoundly compassionate. He checked on my mother frequently, proactively followed up on every detail of her care, and took the time to answer every question. He never rushed, never dismissive, and always with genuine empathy. What stood out most was how deeply seen and valued we felt. Dr. Long made us feel as though my mother was his sole focus and absolute top pr

waSo I went in for excruciating abdominal and chest pain. I was sobbing in their lobby while they took back patients who came in after me with the sniffles. The receptionist who checked me in was clearly either high or too exhausted because my information was out in incorrect. Her words were slurred and she asked the same question several times I waited almost two hours in pain in the lobby, sobbing and trying not to scream in pain(I understand the back was full) I finally got a bed, was given an AMAZING nurse despite the rest of staff. Practitioner came in, prodded my stomach, mumbled a few things and left. While I waited for her to talk to me I was sobbing in pain and could hear the nurses(not mine) laughing and complaining about my sobbing I never saw my doctor. I got a stand it who tol

The practitioner, Brenda put me on a hold involuntarily for no reason. Then I was forced to roll over and take an injection to calm me down and then sent to the behavioral center that practitioner should be fined and removed from the Board of nursing. I went there seeking voluntary help With my anxiety as a healthcare professional, then I had a security guard over there. Act like he was a freaking FBI agent getting my face. The hospital there sucks. They are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met as a healthcare professional up here from Florida traveling to take care of people that they refuse to take care of.

Son had stomach issues while on vacation and the ER was about 20 minutes from our hotel. Once we arrived the nurse was quick to get our information and get us admitted. They got us back to a room. After waiting a little while the doctor came back and reassured my son it was just something viral and he would be just fine. Overall a very good experience and all the staff was great to my kid!!!

Went to ER crying in the lobby about a potential miscarriage (could be second in the span of six months). Nurse in ER named Felicity asked if it was a planned miscarriage. Not impressed with the interaction. She needs to work on bedside manners if you want to keep her on staff. Same girl had me take a urine sample by giving me the cup, no wipes, and didn't tell me where the bathroom was. Had to retake the test later as a result. Will likely fight this in billing if charged twice for the test. Another nurse, Trinity, came in and told me an ultrasound wasn't needed and I needed to be realistic about having a miscarriage. Wasn't crying at this point. Already know that I cannot prevent a miscarriage. Didn't ask for an ultrasound. I literally came in because I had vaginal bleeding which led to
