Monument Health Pain Management

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Michael Huot, M.D. and was disappointed with the experience. I felt dismissed and did not receive a thorough evaluation. The doctor dominated the conversation, barely allowing me to speak, and talked over me as I tried to express my concerns. He suggested different treatment options without conducting any scans or other tests, which was concerning. As one of the last appointments of the day, I felt extremely rushed and unheard. The $500 charge for a 5-10 minute conversation with the Doctor seemed excessive given the lack of attention and answers to my concerns. I hope the practice improves its communication and patient care. *UPDATE* - I recently found out that the Voltaren gel (arthritis pain reliever) he told me to use on my chest, should NOT be use

I look forward to going to this pain center. The doctors & nurses are great & they always make me feel better. How can you thank them enough for that? This clinic is the very best. I love Dr Frost & Kelsey. They always have the best helpful treatment handy. I would never go anywhere else.

Since 2013 I’ve been extremely fortunate to have the true talent of Dr. Frost working on my behalf. Without him and his skilled staff I’d not have been able to tolerate the debilitating pain I’ve been given by inexperienced and overzealous surgeons . He’s been consistently ethical and committed to following the truest path of his profession and gifts . I’d not recommend any other to even a stranger. I will always choose Dr. Frost and follow his instructions. He’s the only one I’ve known to follow the Hippocratic Oath and live by those words! And to add in 2025, Dr. Frost continues to be the most extraordinary Doctor I’ve ever been so fortunate to be cared for by. Thank you

Stopped by to make an appt, to my surprise it's a walk in clinic. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I got in 5 minutes later and was seen almost immediately by Dr Takasaki, got x-rays and then a plan to heal my shoulder. All my questions were answered, treatment plan was explained thoroughly. Couldn't ask for a better visit.....everyone was great, thanks!!!

Being seen by Kelsey Johnson was very nice. She was able to communicate to me new options after hearing me out, she really listened to me and we can develop a plan of action in response. Thank you to all of the pain management team!
