I would avoid getting Pre employment drug test done here! The personnel does not know how to fill out the paperwork properly.

Everything was great except for the older lady who performed my drug test, she was mean, no personality and very very rude. In my opinion that lady shouldn't be working with people at all. The staff at the front where great, the doctor and his nurse where fantastic.

Was an excellent experience. Every step of getting a physical for Pilots License was completed with Professionalism. The process, the paperwork requirements, were seamless and the Physical thoroughness was met with highest standards. Thanks to the staff and expertise of Dr Storch, DO. Got in on time and no long waits through out!!

Dr. Storch was very informative, he included me in on my healthcare plan decisions and help me to understand why I was feeling the way I was after injuring myself at work! Dr. E was also awesome during my first visit and helping me to understand what was next in my discovery and healing process under workers comp! The front desk staff was awesome and very professional! Medical Assistant that prepped me for seeing the physician were awesome as well! Ty Monument Urgent Care for all that you do! My pain was addressed immediately and I left feeling reassured that I was connected w the right folks that would take good care of me and make sure my journey to healing went well!
