The facility is clean, rooms are nicely sized, and there is little odor compared to other facilities. Most of the nurses/CNAs are attentive and equipped for the job, especially Elizabeth. She goes out of her way to make sure the resident is tucked in comfortably, fed, changed, etc. The only complains are the call light and the fact that they also lost the residents clothes on various occasions. I’d recommend doing resident laundry on your own! They offer many services such as transportation. They have various activities throughout the day to keep the residents entertained. In our experience, very nice place who have taken good care of us. We appreciate them deeply.

This facility is absolutely amazing. I have been here 2 other times and currently here for rehab for 2 knee replacements. The staff is amazing. Savannah the social worker cares about the patients and over all is amazing. The nurses are very attentive and the CNAs are very very helpful. I'm my opinion it is the best facility in the valley and truly care.

Had a great tour with Tavia, facility looks very clean and did not smell like a nursing home. Staff that I spoke to seemed very friendly and happy with their jobs. All the staff I walked past were smiling.

They have taken excellent care of my aunt for a few years, and the staff has always been very attentive and caring. There has been a change in management & owners a couple times.Monument Health Group have made many improvements, and its definitely showing in the staff. The staff seem alot happier then what they did in the beginning. I often hear joking among the staff and residents. Lots of humming & singing going on.

I frequently visit clients across various facilities as part of my work with the state, and many of my clients require skilled nursing facility care post-hospital stay. Each time I’ve had a client placed at this facility, I’ve been genuinely impressed by the exceptional care provided to both my clients and other residents. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and notably free of the typical nursing home odor. The staff are consistently friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to assist. When I’ve had questions, both aides and nursing staff have responded promptly and courteously, despite their busy schedules.
