What stands out most is the genuine compassion shown by the staff — they treat residents with dignity and respect.
Monticello Healthcare has a history of excellent care. I first heard of it from a classmate whose uncle resided. His comments were, it's clean, doesn't smell, the food is excellent and the care of staff goes above and beyond so many other facilities. I agree.
