During our visit, the Vital Records employee named Trina interacted with my sister in a hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional manner once it became clear that English was not her first language and that I was translating for her. Her tone, body language, and responses were condescending, and legitimate questions were brushed off rather than explained. The manner in which Trina spoke and behaved came across as unnecessarily catty and immature, which is not appropriate for a public-facing government role. In addition to this initial conduct, Trina later discussed our situation with other coworkers within our view and earshot. This appeared to be gossip rather than a professional consultation. Came here to pick up some covid 19 tests. As of now, I was able to get 3 take home tests. Not sure the limit per household. A website was given to register for additional tests for future use. No waiting around.

Don't know why they have low reviews I went in and they treated me good understood my issues and gave me the proper medicine for my issues I'm dealing with the whole staff was nice and friendly The Dr.Masako is top tier she cares about her patients she is the best Thank you so much 🙏

Some reviews scared me but at least on the day I went, I was able to come at 7:30 and be done by 9:00, not much different than a typical doctor's office

I had to go to the dental part and I can’t praise those women enough! I was an emergency appointment and they accommodated me the absolute fullest because I was in so much pain. It had been awhile since I’ve been to a dentist and they didn’t make me feel bad for the shape my teeth were in and even made me feel better about my condition. Government care has a bad reputation but these women made me feel so welcomed and cared for. I can’t thank them enough! I left feeling better just knowing they cared so deeply for their patients!
