I am still here, I came for appendicitis with a diagnosis and they performed the surgery and have been so attentive, you can feel the humanity in this people and that they really care about patients. They have been checking on me, they bring my breakfast, lunch, dinner. Every time they rotate shifts they introduce themselves and write the name down on the board in front of you in case you need to ask for someone. I wasn’t expecting needing Emergency room or a surgery when I came for a pain but I am definitely grateful for everything they have done for me. The surgeon Rob, the nurses and all the assistant team have been lovely with me and trying to make my time here the best as possible. Today is my 3rd day here and I am waiting for being discharge but I just can’t thank enough the team. Al

I went into St. Luke’s for a minor surgery and had a great experience! Dr. Meytes talked me through everything and it never felt like I was guessing at what was next in the process. The day of the surgery, the nurses I worked with were really friendly and warm. I was a bit nervous and they were super supportive and did everything they could to make me feel at ease. Sometimes you’re not sure about local hospitals but I would highly recommend St. Luke’s based on my experience.

Had my baby January 13 this place is trash the nurses were very rude made my boyfriend feel very uncomfortable. He felt stupid for asking questions. The nurses were pushing breast-feeding. I did not feel comfortable. This place is a joke. If you wanna have a baby here best of luck they call it St. Luke’s. They should call it kill Luke for how They treat you and how nasty they are. This hospital’s trash

I honestly did NOT even want to give them 1 star. I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at this hospital and will never return. I came in with severe asthma symptoms, actively wheezing and coughing, and my oxygen levels were dropping. Despite this, I was left waiting over 30 minutes without oxygen. It wasn’t until my daughter complained that anyone finally attended to me and provided oxygen. For someone struggling to breathe, this delay was frightening and unacceptable. When my daughter voiced concern to the nurse, she was met with attitude instead of urgency or compassion. To make matters worse, a security guard casually told us that “it’s a four-hour wait,” as if that justified ignoring a patient in respiratory distress. I went to this Hospital with my wife for the first time on 01/19/2026, and from the valet parking to Security, to registering inside was a great experience. Once inside the nurse Jose possible last name Sepulveda was AWESOME. Jose was very professional, kind and very caring, my wife had pain in her body and this Nurse (Jose ) was very attentive and made us feel like family. Jose is the Derek Jeter of this Hospital.
