Very poor service. Deliver medicine after 2-3 days of prescribed date. Very disappointed! I had to take my son to emergency dept due to not getting the medicine on time.

This specialty pharmacy is very reliable,consistent,and dependable. I always receive calls from this pharmacy on time for my refill reminders. My medication deliveries are expeditious. Customer service representatives are respectful,professional,and treat me with kindness during phone conversations. I have been a customer with Montefiore Specialty Pharmacy for several years and up to now I'm very satisfied overall with their services. Just want to add an update about the dispensed date which i previously never saw on the meds label. I recently discovered the dispensed date is actually behind the label. You need to carefully peel up the label and you will be able to see it behind the label.
