Review for Dr. Patrick Colley – Montefiore Einstein Westchester I’m sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. I visited Dr. Patrick Colley on 10/31/25 and 11/10/25 for a minor nasal irritation prior to an upcoming surgery. During both visits, a nasal endoscopic camera was briefly used. I was never informed that this was a separately billable diagnostic procedure, nor was I given any explanation of medical necessity, cost estimate, or opportunity to consent or decline. I later received bills totaling over $2,200 for these camera exams(after insurance payment). Even the billing department acknowledged the charges were unusually high and applied a one-time courtesy adjustment, yet the remaining balance is still significant. I first saw Dr. Kobets in April of this year. I've been struggling with acne for a while, and I also wanted to treat my acne scars. I absolutely love Dr. Kobets! She explains everything in detail, goes over a variety of different solutions, and is so friendly and personable (and everyone in her office is amazing). To tackle my acne, I decided to undergo the Accure Laser. It works by targeting and destroying your sebaceous glands. After 4 laser sessions, I have noticed such a difference. I love whoever developed this laser. I have also started to treat my acne scars, and again, Dr. Kobets goes over the different treatment options and explains each one, including which would be best for me. I just can't say enough how much I love Dr. Kobets and her team.

Dr. Doron ilan, Horrible orthopedic, I usually never leave reviews like this, but never have I been to such a incompetent practice. Doctor never came in the room, was given the run around about a prescription that was never sent to my pharmacy, after 1 and a half weeks, and still no prescription, and 5x phone calls later. Was told to make an appointment to discuss and, In order to make another appointment for a cortisone shot, when the PA had given me that as a first option, so 2x appointments/co pays to do what i was given as an option, after doing x rays, giving me a brace and a prescription(witch was never sent in) Horrible communication, staff very un friendly (all staff), horrible medical practice, very unprofessional.. Seems like a dr./co pay, Mill to me..

The front desk staff seemed dismissive, and I wasn’t sure at times if they were addressing me or speaking to someone through their headsets. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome, as though helping patients was a burden. The doctor I saw was the only positive.

Made an appointment here 5 months ago at the endocrinology department, not only did they change the appointment date but never notified me. I had cars arranged and I took the day off only to get a call the day before the appointment that they changed it to the day after. Rude behavior from the lady over the phone saying lies about she called, when I looked at my phone records and never saw a call from that office for that day she stated. Bunch of liars and unprofessional people work in this office. Find a different facility if you want proper care for your loved ones because this one isn’t it.
