I had a tooth extraction with bone graft performed by Dr. Carlos on January 24. When I arrived for my appointment, I was not previously informed that a bone graft would be part of the procedure. This was explained to me only after the doctor entered the room and stated that this was what would be done. I agreed once it was explained, but the lack of prior communication was concerning. During the procedure, Dr. Carlos explained that she could manage pain but not pressure and instructed me to raise my left hand if I felt pain. When I did exactly that, I was scolded and told sharply that she had sharp tools in her hand and did not want to hurt me. While I understand the need for caution, the tone felt irritated and unprofessional and made an already stressful situation worse. Three days lat

Dr. Garrett is the best! I don’t know why I never knew about her sooner. She’s just great. She has a great personality, very kind, she absolutely knows what she’s doing and why she wants things done a certain way and explains it to her assistant.She gets right in there and gets things done. She gives you the best options for whatever issue you’re having all of her staff is very kind and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. Brody is the best. He was very very welcoming, knowledgeable and always let me know what he was doing. He’s very kind, always asked if I was OK. An all around great guy and he’s definitely a keeper!

Your assistant, Brody, was incredibly impressive; his professionalism and reassuring approach immediately put us at ease. Similarly, Dr. Carlos demonstrated outstanding expertise and genuine compassion, providing clear, comprehensive explanations that left us feeling completely confident in the care plan. My favorite dental office in Vegas! I specifically go here (Despite it being a 30 minute drive) because the staff are extremely kind, never have issues, and they communicate everything you need to know upfront. Jodie, Jemm, and Kim all assisted me and they were phenomenal to work with. The doctor and assistant are great at educating and keeping you informed. I will continue to go here as long as I’m in Vegas.

After years of being afraid of the dentist, I think my latest visit to the Montecito Town Center may have changed my mind. The entire staff was so kind and understanding of my fear, especially Brody, who walked me through everything happening and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The X-Rays he did took no time at all, which I usually feel take sooo painfully long. Brody was so funny and welcoming and definitely helped me not feel so afraid. Dr. Garrett was amazing!!! She was so good and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I couldn’t believe how fast the appointment went by. I also appreciated the option to use a less invasive approach to fixing some issues I had, which made this whole process way less intimidating. Thank you to the amazing staff here for changing m
