This place gave me horrible service and then cancelled me as a patient! Let me give you some facts... 1. I spent over $1,000 on glasses that didn't even stop my squinting. 2. The first prescription he gave me was incorrect. 3. Twice, they went 4-5 days without responding to me. 4. They referred me to Dr. Chang who never even called me. 5. Then, they changed the referral and gave me the wrong number to call. 6. Also, the office manager is super unfriendly! Do yourself a favor and find a place that values your business!

I had a very disappointing experience here. The front desk staff were unhelpful and came across as if they didn’t want to be there. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The doctor didn’t take the time to connect or communicate clearly, which made the visit feel rushed and impersonal. I left feeling more frustrated than cared for. Even the girl doing my exam was quiet. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a clinic that values patient care and respect.

Absolutely not a place for kids. My autistic toddler was terrified and crying, and instead of patience or compassion, the doctor grabbed his shoulder, snapped “Come on bud,” then told me, “If he isn’t going to participate, I can’t do shit.” Zero understanding. Zero professionalism.

The atmosphere was beautiful. The staff are nice and efficient. Piper did a great job! She is very professional, patient and kind. Dr was very thorough and kind. A variety selection of frames that beautiful. Recommend to everyone, especially children.

I love all the staff members here. They are always professional and personal at all of my appointments. Very easy to communicate with. The quality of their products is also very good. And they have a variety of packages to meet my changing budget. I'm a happy customer 😊.
