Had an amazing experience here over the weekend! Needed a quick strep throat test - I was in and out within 30 minutes! I was immediately greeted at the front desk by Haley, who is the most kind, compassionate, calming person you will ever meet. Seriously there should be more people like her in the world. The nurse and provider who took care of me were also really kind! 10/10 would recommend them, without a doubt 👍🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The lobby is beautifully decorated, the chairs are super comfortable, and the TVs added a nice touch—one playing great music videos and the other showing a cozy scene. The front office staff were warm and welcoming, the nurse was absolutely fantastic, and the provider was attentive, professional, and very helpful. Every part of my visit exceeded expectations. I’m truly glad I chose to trust them with my health. Mont Belvieu Urgent Care has become my go-to for all my healthcare needs. I’ll absolutely be returning, thank you for such a wonderful experience!

THIS CLINIC SAVED MY HUSBAND'S LIFE!!!! My husband's back had been causing him severe pain. We thought it was because of his regular back pain that he always has everyday. However, Dr.Rikki recognized the unusual severity of his pain and advised us to go to Methodist Hospital Baytown to get a more thorough diagnosis of the problem. We went to Methodist Baytown ER, they did an MRI and found an infection in his vertebrae. He was then transferred to the medical center in Houston, where they also found sepsis in his bloodstream. After five agonizing days of worrying about my husband surviving, he was sent home with seven weeks of I.V infusions. We were not anticipating going to an ER, as we thought it was simply back pain. Had we not been advised by Dr Rikki, to go to Methodist Hospital

My brother fell and he hit his head and cannot walk on his right leg. Not sure if it was due to his race and been Hispanic but they were very rude and said they didn’t have X-ray he does have insurance so sad how they just treat Hispanics hopefully he doesn’t have internal bleeding. Horrible do better as healthcare it is so sad. why work or have a healthcare establishment if not every patient is going to be properly cared for.

Morgan T is so pleasant, so sweet. It felt like I was talking to a friend and we don’t even know each. she was understanding, helpful, answered. All of my questions made this experience, extremely tolerable.! She’s definitely a keeper 💯
