Monrovia Optometry

It's the worst place I have ever been to. I took my 6 yr old to get glasses and they said he's ok, he might or might not need glasses. Took him back months later and he said his eyes drastically changed and he definitely needs glasses. They said the glasses would take about two weeks to arrive because they're private insurance. It took over a month to arrive. The second pair I ordered took over two months to arrive. I was so upset I asked for the manager to call me and no one ever did. They open only on Tuesdays and Thursdays and some Saturdays. It seems to me like they order their glasses from China or something because when I asked why it's taking so long they didn't want to say.this place is very unprofessional and dismissive of customer concerns. Dr. Zhang, Jenifer and Irene all took great care of me and we’re all very friendly. Their office is very clean they are very safe. I had a problem with my original prescription and they took care of it with no questions asked. I will definitely return for my yearly exam with their office.

The folks at Monrovia Optometry are first class! I found the shop to be clean, well-stocked and very timely. Parking is easy. The turn around on both my glasses and sunglasses was so fast! They have a good selection of frames to choose from as well.

Very unprofessional , I need to know where I can report this unprofessional place the so call doctor basically told my kids underage that it's their fault their blind.her face expression and rude comments were very uncalled for.my kids have a strabismus. Yes they been treated yes they followed every direction given.if anyone can advice where to report please help me out.my kids don't deserve to be told that it's their fault that they have a condition or that they're going blind from one eye
