My surgical and recovery experience at Monrovia Memorial Hospital was outstanding. From the front desk on Sunday, to imaging and lab work, also on Sunday, through the surgery with Dr. Paquette and surgical services manager Brad and all the surgical staff, I was kept well informed regarding the surgical and recovery steps.. All of the nursing staff and even the janitorial staff did their best to keep me as comfortable as possible post surgery. My biggest surprise was how good the food was. Most hospitals seem to put out food that is nutritious but maybe not attractive. The food was tasty and presented as well as can be expected in a hospital setting. Monrovia Memorial Hospital provided truly exceptional care for my husband during his recent spine surgery. It's hard to put into words how much their kindness and support meant to us. From the moment we walked in, the staff, including the front desk team and the surgical crew, made us feel comfortable and supported. A special shout-out to Dr. Paquette, Brad, Nurse Jenny, and Lauren, who went above and beyond. The physical therapists, with their patience and encouragement, helped my husband achieve a huge milestone just one day after surgery. Our family is so grateful for the warmth, dedication, and professionalism shown by everyone at this hospital. They turned a stressful time into a positive recovery journey.

We were very taken care of at Monrovia Memorial Hospital. The surgical team (led by Dr. Paquette), RNs, CNAs, the PT team, and the rest of the staff were incredibly caring, diligent, and knowledgeable. The team works very hard, and Brad went above and beyond to advocate for our needs. Thank you Monrovia Memorial Hospital!

The worst experience of my life at the hospital to do surgery at 5:30 am wasn’t seen till 2:00 pm this worst staff. Who ever changed my schedule outta be an Ashamed of themselves. The surgeon was awesome but the establishment needs new management and they need to get there staff together . I will be contacting BBB on there care and there staff .
