Monroe Urgent Care

Waited over an hour for the lady to loose my id cards, forget she had them, shouted my address and full phone number in front of a full waiting room…all of this after hearing her argue on the phone with a patient saying in quote “I told you that last time I’m trying to talk to you like an adult” I’m trying to be treated like an adult and get a quick doctors note for work and the unprofessionalism of this staff is doing anything but that. Save yourself the effort, avoid getting doxxed, and go to WellNow they at least give you slushies, snacks, tv, and a pleasant staff that updates you regularly for your wait. Never coming here ever again and I urge you to do the same. Once she saw me pull out the review she immediately switched up to so tell me ur fake

Don't waste your time goin here, Sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, so I called to get it corrected. They told me it would be corrected and never was, I've been waiting all day. Was seen by someone for approximately two-three minutes in total. Front office staff seemed annoyed to be working, but all of the patients seemed to be being kind anyways-eventhough she was clearly annoyed and barely speaking up. Also, just an annoying side note, their hours say they are open until 9pm, I called at 7:30pm and the recording said they were closed. I usually go to WellNow urgent care and get fantastic care, they're attentive, kind, knowledgeable and competent--all things that I appreciate in a medical setting.

I was there today and the service was outstanding. I was in and out of there (including getting my prescriptions) in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant surprise to find out I could get my prescriptions filled there also. I will not hesitate to return there in the future.

I just wanted to reach out and get praise where praise is due. I see all these terrible reviews for this Urgent Care, and realize that people only do it because they are ill. I went in feeling ill and was treated well by a great staff. I can’t say anything bad about them. They’re professional, courteous, timely and Friendly. I would hope that other others who have good experience will reach out and say positive things about this establishment in the future.

I was in on Thursday afternoon 3/5/26 with left foot pain and swelling with significant inflammation. The doctor (Tom) ordered a steroid shot and a steroid pack. The nurse Jess gave me the shot with 0% pain and she is such a sweetheart! Definitely recommend going to Monroe Urgent Care for all your "Can't wait to get in to your PCP needs."
