Monroe Pharmacy

Don’t come here if you need to save money on your prescriptions. The pharmacist argued with me today over the price of a medication that he buys for $379 and I normally get for $20. Back a few months ago I was yelled at by the people in the pharmacy about how my insurance didn’t cover my medication and they were giving me a coupon for it but that was apparently a lie too. So I will no longer be giving my business to a man who ask me if spending $379 would help me hen I said I couldn’t pay $274 The owners are nice and the delivery guy Oscar is really cool, but even my doctor was given a hard time by their pharmacy tech, so now I switched to Kroger , they can get that $379 the pharmacist was so adamant about this morning. Because I only have to pay them $19

Super disappointed by the downfall of the way the staff treats not only clients but also the DOCTORS who call in here. Very unprofessional of the pharmacist and the technician to speak to people the way did today and have lost easy money not knowing how to do their jobs properly and professionally.

Service I have received from the Team @ Monroe Pharmacy is like nothing I have ever experienced they go over & above to the point the owner offered to deliver my medication after the store was closed. This was amazing because this all happened the day I was released from the Hospital. I can't thank them enough. Thanks, Carol C.

I LOVE MY PHARMACY! I HAVE KNOWN STEVE FOR SO LONG. THE DRIVER'S OSCAR AND ESPECIALLY ROY, GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND KIND, AND THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT EACH PERSON THAT COMES IN. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I LOVE MY PHARMACY PEOPLE. NOW TO MAKE ANOTHER COFFEE CAKE SO I CAN BRING IT IN FOR ROY. 😁 I'LL MAKE TWO. LOVE YOU ALL OVER THERE!
