Monroe Pediatric Dental Care

Scheduled an appt. after my 3yo fell and hit her mouth, leaving one of her teeth needing x-rays. We got in right away, and have had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff, and Dr. Sada. My daughter has now been in the office twice for follow up x-rays, and we have had wonderful experiences both times. Knowing this was my daughters first encounter with a dentist, and having it be for an issue, was not something I was looking forward to. But she left feeling awesome about going to the dentist, and couldn't stop talking about all the "cool stuff" they did and had for her. The staff explained everything to me, and then took the time to explain it to my daughter in a kid friendly way. They don’t know how to work with children. They billed me and refused service because my child was having a hard time…. My child has an infection in her tooth did antibiotics got scheduled for the extraction. She was having a hard time with the dentist that got loud with her because she was just trying to right In her mouth without saying anything two her. Office manger is joke.They run off state insurance for a reason…. Take your kid somewhere else ! Beware they aren’t kid friendly and the dentist acts like she has no time for dealing with a child. 50$ out of pocket gone. Calling other places now because it’s life threatening and they treated us like crap ! Our first visit was absolutely amazing that’s why I went through with them. I am very impressed by the Professionalism, Kindness and Patience that they have shown to my Children. Honestly the BEST pediatric dental experience we have ever had.

Absolutely awful bedside manner. I’d rather drive an hour to a nicer dentist. Yelled at my baby for crying and I heard her yelling at another kid in the office at the time. We were there for 2 hours waiting, for just an absolutely awfully mannered office.

Best dentist I have had for my kids over the span of 20 years or more my 14 yr old got her tooth pulled and said she felt nothing. The time and patience they put into it was incredible it was wonderful to see a dentist actually care like she did. The dentist and her nurses really are the best. I have 5 kids with them and will never change
