Monroe Eye Care, Dr. Shefali Miglani

I came here just to make sure my number was same as I was intending to get new glasses to replace the ones that I lost. First they said retinal scan ($55) would be faster than dilation ($0) by 30 min. I opted for the dilation for free of charge. Reached at 12:46 for 1 pm appointment. They did initial checks by 1:30 and eye drops by 1:50 and was told to wait for 20 minutes. After asking at 2:20 and every 10 min thereafter I was informed the room was not free but didn’t take me in till 2:56pm after which I left.

Very professional and personable. Rather than my wife and I looking for frames ourselves, appointments were scheduled to assist us in finding frames that met our criteria. We were also given appointments to pickup our eyewear as well in a very timely manner. In addition, they researched our insurance coverage to enable us to maximize our covered benefits. Won’t go anywhere else for glasses!!!

Everyone at Monroe Eye Care is both professional and personable. The eye exam is very thorough, plus Jess is great in helping you decide the type of lens and frames for your glasses.She also contacts you afterwards to make sure the glasses are working well for you. I would highly recommend using Monroe Eye Care for your next eye exam.

Glad everyone here really expresses care and concern and are very attentive to take preventative action performing important exams because you want to feel cared for in their hands. Very attentive & professional medical staff. Much more in-depth exam then I've ever had. Glad I was able to pay extra and not need to have my eyes dialated. I would definitely recommended them to friends, family, & coworkers.
