Dr. Tran is the best! We adore her. That being said, they are woefully understaffed. Whoever is in upper management there (seems to be a UNF/Flagler problem), needs to improve staffing, support and communications. I tried for 10 days once to get a response by sending messages in the portal, phone calls, voicemails, etc..., with no response. How can UNF/Flagler say they care about their patients if they can't even get a response when they are suffering with an injury or health crisis. Terrible!

Doctor Tran is the best doctor I have ever seen. She has a way of making you feel completely comfortable during what would normally be, an awkward and anxious time. The staff at the office are absolutely wonderful too! This office is a solid 5 star great.

We are extremely pleased with our medical experiences with Dr. Monica Tran. Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable. and inspires trust and our confidence. Nursing and office associates Taylor, Samantha, and Aliza all have great communication skills and are assets to your organization. .

Had my first appointment with Dr. Tran Aug. 8th. As most reviews said, she is great and I couldn’t agree more. She takes time to explain stuff and answered all my questions. Glad I found her.

The best bed side manner of any doctor I have had. Dr Tran listens! I never feel rushed and she has a wonderful personality! Very thorough.
