Mondovi Dental - Southwick

I cannot say enough about the quality care and professionalism at Mondovi Dentist practice in southwick ma. The entire staff makes the dental experience actually enjoyable. From regular appointments to emergencies, they always manage to fit you in and take care of you. Fortunate to have such wonderful health care providers in my life.

Facility was clean and inviting, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The wait time was minimal, no likes going to the dentist but I experienced a very good visit and plan on returning regularly.

Have a massive infection in my tooth i went they xrayed me and told me i needed a root canal and cap and when my insurance company told me it wasnt covered i asked for an emergency extraction so i dont DIE from sepsis they couldn’t care less told me they dont do extractions this place wants to sell you the most expensive treatment possible i will never go back here and will tell everyone that YOU would rather let a patient suffer in pain than do your job! If you aren’t comfortable pulling teeth you aren’t a dentist you are no better than the hygienist. Absolute joke to call yourself a dentist

The best dentist I’ve ever been to in 36 years of my life. It feels more like going to a spa. Since I got my first cleaning here I started coming here regularly for clearing. Had my wisdom teeth extracted here, felt no pain during nor after the extraction. Since I don’t have neither health nor dental insurance I signed up for a ‘essential smile plan’ which gives me huge discounts on every bill. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

After recently leaving a previous dentist, & starting new, I was a bit nervous and embarrassed with my current situation. I felt very welcome & comfortable here at Mondovi dental. The doctor not only went through each xray to explain things, she also handed me a mirror to watch & see exactly what & where she was talking about. Felt no judgment & will be following up with her recommendations.
